Digitec Solution LLC is an AI and digital transformation consultancy and a Wyoming limited liability company, with its registered office at 150 E B St LBBY, Casper, WY 82601, United States, and a delivery office at 88 B1 M8, Block M 8 Lake City, Lahore, Pakistan. Delivering since 2021, it builds AI-powered websites, production AI systems, data platforms and custom software for businesses across the US and Canada, alongside clients in Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia. Its practice spans six services delivered by one senior team: AI and machine learning, big data, digital transformation, development, UI/UX design and digital marketing.

The company was founded by Gul e Sahar, who leads it as Founder and CEO, with a leadership team including Razeen Shahid (Managing Director), David Williams (digital transformation and delivery), Hamza Afzal (engineering), Eric Rakotoniaina (technical lead and project management), Farhia Mukarram (people) and Muhammad Moiz (business development).
