Overview

Groundswell is a modern CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) platform that lets companies run giving, volunteering, grants and employee assistance programmes without the delays, administrative burden or legacy technology that held their teams back. Digitec Solution led the digital transformation of Groundswell's platform — unifying fragmented, manual CSR workflows into a single system spanning an employee-facing web and mobile experience, an administrator dashboard for programme management and reporting, and real-time tracking of donations, volunteer hours, matching credits and grant budgets across every programme a company runs.

The challenge

Corporate CSR programmes traditionally run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, email approvals and disconnected point tools — one system for donation matching, another for volunteer sign-ups, another for grant administration — leaving program administrators with no unified view of participation, impact or budget, and employees with a clunky, disjointed experience that suppresses engagement.

What we built

Digitec Solution modernised Groundswell's platform end-to-end: a unified data model spanning giving, volunteering, matching, credits and grants; a real-time administrator dashboard surfacing participation, hours logged and dollars raised against programme goals; and a clean, mobile-friendly employee experience for donating, logging hours, uploading receipts and browsing events — replacing manual, disconnected processes with one AI-ready system of record.
