A multi-region Shopify e-commerce platform for Ray Skincare, a scientific skincare brand developed by pharmacist Hilde Nys. The platform serves customers across 12+ countries and currencies, with localized storefronts, a full product catalog organized by skin concern (anti-aging, acne-prone, tanning, sun protection), integrated customer reviews (20,000+), and a retail store locator connecting online shoppers to Ray's 7 physical locations across Belgium and the Netherlands.

The challenge

Ray Skincare needed an e-commerce experience that could support international expansion across multiple countries and languages while keeping the brand's scientific, ingredient-transparency positioning front and center — without the storefront feeling generic or losing the pharmacist-led credibility that differentiates the brand.

What we built

Built a localized, multi-region Shopify storefront with dedicated country/language versions, concern-based product navigation, integrated review aggregation, and a retail locator tying the online and in-store experience together.
